Duas das grandes descobertas culin\u00e1rias dos vikings noruegueses tornaram isso poss\u00edvel: o bacalhau seco e o arenque em conserva (uma grande fonte de vitamina C). Felizmente, esses dias j\u00e1 se foram h\u00e1 muito tempo.
